Korea Junior Marketing Manager – Regulatory Services

About the role
Due to continued growth within our Medical Devices business, we’re currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Manager in our Regulatory Services (Medical Devices) to support our marketing activities and growth in Korea.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing a country-specific tactical marketing plan, which ensures the effective and efficient delivery of the annual Global Regulatory Services (RS) marketing plan, using all available marketing channels (e.g., collaterals, website, webinars, newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, events, etc).
This will include activities such as marketing planning and execution, local webinars and event planning, e-mail marketing, website updates, database management and market / client segmentation, and working with the global and regional RS marketing teams to further develop and execute all sales-oriented marketing activities for medical devices in Korea.
This role works closely with the APAC Marketing Manager, Commercial teams, and the rest of BSI’s global marketing function to support the growth of the medical devices business. This role will report to the APAC Marketing Manager with a dotted line to the Commercial Operations leader, Regulatory Services Korea.

About you
To be a successful RS Junior Marketing Manager – Korea, you’ll have :
- 2+ years’ experience executing campaigns in an equivalent end-to-end marketing role.
- Graduate (or equivalent) with marketing qualification desirable (e.g., CIM).
- Experience with marketing planning, marketing segmentation, campaigns, and event planning activities.
- Experience creating and translating content (from English to Korean).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably Pardot.
- Experience with web-based content management tools such as Episerver.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEA.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Must be a hardworking, structured, well-organized, and proactive team player with a strong goal orientation; KPIs will be set and regularly monitored.
- Occasional local and international travel might be required.
- Korean native language speaking.
It is ideal but not a requirement to have Medical Device marketing or Pharmaceutical experience or that you have previously worked for a Notified Body.
