Your missions
Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for incidents and service requestsResolve and close incidents / service requests in line with help desk procedures and allocated timelinesEscalate unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescalesLiaise with clients, other IT support groups, and third-party providers when necessaryPerform staging of PCs and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activitiesConduct hardware and software maintenance and supportTroubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and / or VIP requestsAssist the local Server Team during server maintenance activitiesProvide support for special events and conferencesDeliver local network support and / or assist the centralized Network teamYour profile
Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar roleProficiency in repairing and troubleshooting PC-related hardware, software, and network issuesAbility to build software images for laptops and desktopsStrong communication skills to provide technical assistance via phone or emailExperience in performing remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsFamiliarity with documenting Helpdesk requests / issues through the company’s ticketing systemTechnical coaching and mentoring skills to support other help-desk team membersKnowledge of desktop configuration management and maintaining accurate IT equipment inventoryAcademic background : degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldFluent EnglishAbility to demonstrate analytical thinking, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer
