Responsibilities :
Attendance and HR Operations Support
- Collect and maintain attendance records for on-site employees (permanent, contract, and daily workers)
- Track and report overtime, leave, and absence data
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, system entry, distribution of equipment)
Recruitment Support and Workforce Management
Support recruitment of daily and contract employees in collaboration with Talent Acquisition TeamPrepare and deliver onboarding guidance for new hiresCoordinate with HR Manager and team leaders regarding workforce planning and staffing needsHR Data Administration
Maintain HR documents and files (contracts, certificates, personal records, etc.)Compile payroll-related data, including overtime records, and submit to the HR ManagerManage various HR forms and recordkeepingEmployee Communication and Support
Receive and escalate basic employee concerns to managersProvide on-site employee guidance and communicationAssist with welfare and employee support activitiesWe are looking for :
Candidates with an understanding of workforce management in environments such as logistics centers or production sitesPreferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative supportProficient in basic MS Office applications, especially ExcelAble to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams and job groupsDetail-oriented and organized in managing data and tasksProactive and responsible in providing on-site supportStrong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
