이 직무는 LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Spectroscopy 등 분석 장비에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객의 기술적 문제를 원격으로 해결하고 전문 지원을 제공하는 핵심 역할입니다.
Agilent는 체계적인 교육 프로그램과 글로벌 네트워크를 통해 전문성을 강화할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 일정 기간 근무 후, 개인의 역량과 성과에 따라 FSE(Field Service Engineer), RSE Tier 2 등 다양한 커리어 전환 기회도 있습니다.
주요업무:
전화 및 Kakao e-service를 활용한 기술 지원 제공
고객 문의를 신속하고 효율적으로 처리하며 CRM 시스템에 문서화 및 기록
문제의 근본 원인 분석 및 원격 해결(가능한 경우)
내부 지식 기반 및 부품 예측 도구 활용하여 적합한 수리 절차와 부품 예측
Qualifications
자격 요건:
화학, 응용화학, 생명과학, 또는 생물학이나 관련 계통의 전공을 이수한 학사 또는 석사 학위(또는 이와 동등한 학위) 소지자
석사 학위를 이수한 후 관련 분석 또는 지원 업무에 경험이 있는 자
경력 요구사항
경력이 없어도 지원 가능하며 단, 최종 학위 졸업일이 입사일 기준 2년 이내인 경우
경력이 있더라도 지원 가능하며 단, 최종 학위 졸업일이 입사일 기준 2년 이내인 경우
분석 장비 관련 경험자 우대 (Chromatography, Spectroscopy 등)
