Responsibility
- Develop and grow CMI’s enterprise customers in Korea.
- Achieve sales target by the company, special focus on Cloud sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, explore new customers and business opportunity to maximize sales prospect and company’s market penetration.
- Support daily sales enquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFQ / RFPs.
- Support sales related matters, not limiting to service delivery, billing and post sales services etc.
- Negotiate with prospects and accounts to close business. Liaise internally to ensure solution meets customer requirement. Establish sales model and support agreement for new customers.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship, provide world-class service to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide sales report and formulate sales pipeline for each customer account and respective region
- After-sales support including service performance review, process improvement etc
Requirements
Experience with selling disruptive technology early in the adoption curve.Experience with selling cloud services.Experience with cloud partners and vendors, foundational cloud technologies, service provider ecosystems and business models.Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjectsMinimum 5 years of technology related sales, business development or consulting experience in Cloud market.Experience with selling disruptive technology early in the adoption curve.Experience with selling cloud services.Experience with cloud partners and vendors, foundational cloud technologies, service provider ecosystems and business models.
