o Leadership : Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the project team.

o Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and overcome obstacles.

o Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, resources, and deadlines.

Technical Skills

o The candidate should have experience with Microsoft Technology stack

o Experience on Microsoft Azure cloud

o Exposure to Microsoft M365, Security

o Experience in managing a team of atleast 15 resources
