Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized E-commerce Specialist to support E-commerce operations in the Omnichannel team and support other related administrational work streams.

Role and Responsibility

E-commerce Operation

Update regional KPI report : Traffic / Conversion rate / NS run-rate
Check inventory level : Update stock level
Order operation : Co-work with CS team on e-commerce order operation for transaction, exchange and return / Co-work with warehouse to manage order delivery, return and stock level of packaging
Handle monthly operational expenses for managing channel

Site maintenance

Update error cases on JIRA : related order, working product image, system disfunction, translation revision request

Contents translation of News-Letter and Homepage get a marketing team review

Communicate with HQ for translation delivery

Monitor moncler.com (PC, mobile and application) regularly

Gather the best performance of competitors to support developing Roadmap

Marketing

Manage and oversee the d-merchandising calendar in coordination with the HQ D-merch team to ensure the effective and timely launch of new products as well as digital asset

Assist in the development of ads asset selection and copies, communicate with the agency closely

Clip competitor's digital performance

Internally monitor AD activity

Tracking and Reporting

Daily & weekly sales update

Support to make a monthly KPI report by using in-house tracking tools (Micro-strategy, Google Analytics)

Share omni-service performance with stores weekly via newsletter

Sales closing : Monthly closing with e-commerce order status (alignment with KCP and WMS system) / Support communication with payment gateway on maintenance

UAT (User Acceptance Test)

Conduct online site QA regarding new projects, site enhancement and redesign

Work collaboratively with HQ, Customer Service, and omni-operation team

Participate in meeting calls and follow-up E2E tests to monitor all digital journeys of the site as registration, cart, check-out (all scenarios - zero picks, full-pick, exchange, return, all payment tools, registered, guest)
