Job Title : E-Key Account Manager - La Roche Posay Sales team

A DAY IN LIFE

  • Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results : turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
  • Build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy.
  • Reports and share market situation (share of business), condition, needs, and changes to relevant functions periodically.
  • Act as the expert of his / her account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible, - Builds a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s. Anticipate ecommerce channel dynamics (trend / competition / New e-platform) to provide a vision to stake holders

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Lead JBP(joint business plan), adapting JBP frame and way of working to accelerate retailer’s’ growth & optimization
  • Develop a triple win (Larocheposay, retailer and shopper) strategy, adequate mix activation plan
  • Build a trustful relation with counterparts at retailers
  • Store visit (online & offline) to enrich discussion with retailers with data
  • QUALIFICAITON

  • University graduate
  • years
  • Selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights to deliver customer and company plans.
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficient with MS skill
