Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning and optimization 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G networks, including cell planning, interference analysis, and drive test analysis.

2. Have a good command of the basic knowledge of wireless network performance, meanings of KPIs, common optimization methods, skills in using optimization tools and analyzing basic problems.

3. Manage RF delivery project, including DT team management and network change management.

4. Responsible for network optimization project deliver and ensure that the network performance meets the customer's expectations.

5. Participate in carrier project meetings on behalf of Huawei RF team and be able to independently communicate with customers.

1. 셀 설계, 간섭 분석 및 드라이브 테스트 분석을 포함한 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G 네트워크 계획 및 네트워크 최적화 담당.

2. 무선 네트워크 성능에 대한 기본 지식, 성능 지표, 최적화 솔루션, 최적화 지표 모니터 기술 및 기본 문제 분석 기술 파악

3. 드라이브 테스트 팀 관리 및 네트워크 변경 관리를 포함한 RF 딜리버리 작업 관리 4. 고객의 니즈에 부합하는 네트워크 성능 및 네트워크 최적화 제공

5. Huawei 네트워크 계획 및 최적화 팀을 대표해 통신사 프로젝트 회의 참여 및 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 수행

Position Requirements

1. Be familiar with 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G network planning, design, and optimization, and have strong technical skills.

2. Be willing to accept challenges, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to complete tasks within a challenging time limit.

3. Open-minded, good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills in multicultural organizations.

4. At least 2 years of project delivery and network optimization experience is preferred.

1 : 전기 및 전자 통신 학사 / IT / 컴퓨터 과학 엔지니어 자격 또는 기타 자격증 보유자

2 : 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G 네트워크설계 및 최적화에 대한 지식

3 : 도전적인 정신, 책임감, 기한 내 작업 완료 능력

4 : 오픈마인드, 대인 관계 기술, 다문화 조직에서의 우수한 의사 소통 능력

5. 프로젝트 납품 및 네트워크 최적화관련 2년 이상 경험 우대
