Operations팀에 합류하게 되시면 고객에게 최고의 서비스를 제공하는 팀의 일원으로 데이터 센터 시설 인프라를 유지 관리하는 주요 업무를 담당하게 됩니다. 해당 팀에서는 다양한 사고와 가치를 수용하고 모든 임직원에게 평등한 업무 환경을 제공하고 있으며 이는 기업의 성공을 위한 핵심 가치로 강조하고 있습니다.

SLA 기반 티켓 관리 및 작업 내용 문서화

Qualifications

0-7년 IT 인프라 관련 경력 보유

2교대 필수)

10-15KG 내외의 물품을 팀 단위로 운반하거나 이동하는 일이 발생할 수 있으며, 해당 업무 수행에 무리가 없는 분
