Who are we looking for?

Provides general Technical Support to customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath / process / consumption issues.

What will you be doing?

Build up relationship customer by coordinating & supporting customers.

Create new opportunity & optimize process by periodic process audit.

Analyze customer wants & needs by survey customer product.

Following up and troubleshooting of process problem with customer (analyze customer solution)

Performing new accounts process or new chemical start up.

Planning and setting conditions for enhancing performance.

Training customer for customer’s self-maintenance

Controlling the chemical consumption. for process improvement.

Who are You?

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

Two to six years PCB related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Technical / Chemical Engineer)
