The Role
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage, configure, and maintain the Vicidial system to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor call center metrics and performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Vicidial-related issues promptly.
- Implement and optimize dialer campaigns, scripts, and call routing strategies.
- Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on Vicidial usage.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies.
