Sales and business development
- Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the team is also aligned with the Brand DNA
- Is responsible, coordinating his / her team for the optimization of the overall sales performance, through the constant increase of customer service standards and the continuous development of the product knowledge and of the team selling skills
- In cooperation with Area Managers / Retail Managers defines and implements strategic direction and constantly monitors the team sales performance through the main KPIs, identifying specific action plans
- Is able to analyze the market context in which works and to suggest improvements
Client management and CRM
Maintains excellent customer relationships and ensures high levels customer satisfaction through effective team managementIs responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and for the proper management of all the critical situations related to the overall sales process and to the customer claimsRecruits new customers, retains existing ones and develops potential onesPeople Management & Talent Development
Actively participates in the store team scouting and selection process and knows the market and the store trends in the reference area, with his / her HR ManagerCreates a cohesive team coordinating its different activities in order to make sure that the team members are always motivated and competentEnsures the professional growth, the product knowledge and the training of the store team, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date about the luxury industry and sharing the development plans with the Retail / Area ManagersReports the quantitative target always liaising with the Retail / Area ManagerEnsures the organization of the daily opening activities and that the store complies with the visual and maintenance guidelinesSets up and runs daily / weekly and / or monthly meeting in order to provide key messages and priorities to the team andEnsures enforcement of labor laws and sales regulations with the support of the HeadquarterEnsures the proper management of all the administrative and accounting responsibilities and activities and of the respect of the Loro Piana internal proceduresApplies all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of both personnel and customersVisual Management
Oversees the visual merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the store windows, the displays and the store and product image are in line with the corporate and Central Visual guidelinesConstantly monitors sales performance and informs the Visual Merchandiser, the Buyer and the Area Manager about the slow mover items in order to set-up specific visual fitting in order to increase salesOperations and procedures
Ensures proper implementation of the “store operations procedure”Is familiar with all impacting store management activities, delegating whenever appropriate their executionIs responsible for the prevention of any theft and loss and ensures that the store surface is enough covered and monitoredInventory Management
Is responsible for managing and optimizing the stockroom, coordinating the Stock Manager (when applicable), in order to guarantee that it is in line with the sales potential, liaising with the Area Manager and the Buying teamProfile
Relevant previous work experience in a luxury boutique in complex and international contextsAligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong coaching, communication, leadership and management skillsPassion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and BrandDeep knowledge of the clothing and luxury historyStrong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferredFluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
