    Job Title : Specialist_Internal Sales

    Reporting to : Manager_Parts Sales

    Location : Pangyo, Korea

    PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

    • As an Internal Sales Representative you will ensure and maintain an elevated customer experience by taking ownership of inquiries and coordinating the quotation and order fulfillment process
    • You will serve as the point of contact for customers, distributors, and prospects and be responsible for parts and service quoting, order submittal, and customer support for an assigned territory
    • DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITY

    • Support dealers & external sales engineer to increase sales performance thru teamwork.
    • Prepare Parts and Service Quotations and follow up subsequent activities to full sales transaction.
    • Manage the entire sales process in SAP system
    • Perform the analysis for small machine market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
    • Provide proactive steps to contact Lost boy customers and bring them back to Atlas Copco.
    • Drive revenue growth from new and existing customers including EPC and Marines.
    • Meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales.
    • Handle administrative work for sales organization if necessary.
    • QUALIFICATIONS

      Experience / Education]

    • 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Experience in sales and customer service a plus
    • Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center a plus
    • Knowledge / Skill]

    • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
    • Experience with CRMs and ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar)
    • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
    • Submission of recommendation letter along with CV preferred
