GibbsCAM 소프트웨어에 대한 컨설팅 / 분석 및 기술적 문의 대응

3. 요구사항(Requirements)

CAD / CAM 프로그래밍 시스템(이상적으로는 GibbsCAM)에 대한 경험 선호, 포스트 프로세스 (설정 및 조정)에 대한 지식 우대

or / and B축을 사용하는 밀링 및 터닝 기계에 대한 CNC 기술 경험 선호, 스위스 스타일 가공기계 지식 선호, 필수는 아님

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated technical Application Engineer to support our Sales Team in Korea.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Providing training for customers, onsite and at the training center

Preparing and delivering workshops and product presentations

Direct contact for customers with technical questions about our GibbsCAM software

Consulting and analysis for product-specific questions

Customer communication by telephone and in writing

Communication with international support

Main Requirements

Experience in CNC technology with milling and turning machines, preferably with counter spindle and several tool carriers ( revolvers ) or / and B-axis is required.

Swiss Style knowledge would be excellent, but not essential.

Experience with a CAD / CAM programming system, ideally GibbsCAM, is desirable as well as knowledge about Post Processors (set up & adjustment)

Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working

Good communication and teamworking skills

Flexibility and willingness to travel

Fluent Korean and good knowledge of the English language, as this is used for internal communication
