Job summary

This position will support the Finance department with a focus on financial management reporting, internal transfer pricing (TP) monitoring, expense tracking, and foreign exchange (FX) position control.

Key Responsibility

Management Control & Reporting

• Prepare financial management reports.
• Support the monthly closing and reporting packages for corporate follow-up.

Client Profitability Analysis

• Review and analyze client-related financial data and proactively flag/communicate data inconsistencies.
• Assist in calculating liquidity costs and preparing revenue reports for local clients.

Intra-group Transfer Pricing (TP) & Monitoring

• Track and monitor internal financial data related to intra-group transactions.
• Support cash settlements for internal mark-ups, collateral management, liquidity facilities (CLF), and export finance.

FX Position & Expense Monitoring

• Control and manage Foreign Exchange (FX) positions daily in accordance with ALM (Asset Liability Management) conventions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly branch expenses against budgets.
• Prepare Travel & Entertainment (T&E) monitoring reports and variance analyses for Front Office (FO) teams.

Budgeting & Functional Support

• Provide backup support for the branch's annual budgeting procedures and financial planning.
• Collaborate closely with Back Office and regional teams to complete financial reconciliations.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

• Prior experience or internship exposure in corporate accounting, general banking processes, or financial product operations.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with international ERP systems or financial reporting platforms.
• Analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work comfortably under tight reporting deadlines.
