Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

[Key Responsibilities]

• Backend develoopment of Vision AI software for automating visual inspection in manufacturing.
• Design and development of web-based SaaS backend services
• CI/CD set up and operation, performance optimization, and security management
• Integration and maintenance of new algorithms into the company's proprietary AI library

[Required Qualifications]

• 7+ years of software development experience or equivalent expertise
• Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts
• Experience with cloud and container-based development (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge and experience in distributed system development
• Proficiency in performance profiling, testing, and debugging

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Basic English communication skills
• Strong understanding of deep learning pipelines (model training, inference, frameworks, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
• Familarity with unit testing, TDD, and build automation
