As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are looking for a Research Scientist to join our organisation to support Consumer Care formulation development and provide innovative guide formulations utilizing Croda specialty ingredients.

Reporting into the Research and Technology Manager of our R&T, you will develop innovative guide formulations utilizing Croda Consumer Care ingredients and provide technical support to customers and sales teams

- Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cosmetic formulation development within cosmetic brands, OEM, or ODM companies.
- More than 7 years of experience in skincare, haircare, or sun care formulation development.
- Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic formulation systems and ingredient functionality.
- Experience in guide formulation development and customer technical support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop guide formulations utilizing Croda Consumer Care ingredients.
- Optimize formulations for customer applications and product concepts.
- Provide technical support and formulation solutions for customer projects.
- Evaluate formulation stability, performance and compatibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams and global R&T teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Identify K-Beauty trends and translate them into innovative formulation concepts.
- Support technical seminars, exhibitions and customer engagement activities.

Additional Information
This position will base in Bundang‑gu, Seongnam‑si, Gyeonggi‑do. Willingness to travel extensively across the country to meet with clients and attend industry events.
