What You’ll DoAs a Program Consultant, you will guide students and parents through their study abroad journey. You will act as both an education advisor and a sales professional, supporting students from their first inquiry all the way to enrollment.Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting students on language study abroad and international education programs
• Managing inbound leads and building relationships with prospective students
• Owning the full sales cycle: inquiry → consultation → enrollment
• Achieving individual sales targets and performance KPIs
• Managing customer pipelines using Salesforce CRM
• Following up on marketing-generated leads to improve conversion rates
• Participating in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events

Tools We Use

• Salesforce CRM for pipeline management
• Internal consultation and booking systems
• Data-driven sales reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of B2C sales experience (education or service industry experience is a plus)
• Strong goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

It’s a Plus If You Have

• Experience selling high-involvement services or products
• Experience managing digital marketing leads
• Ability to build data-driven sales strategies
• Experience working in international environments
