This role is open to all colleagues across Asian countries. The purpose of this role is to support the achievement of the company's strategic goals by fostering the development of all colleagues in sales functions (FU Sales, BU Air / Sea / Road). It aims to enhance the effectiveness of their daily activities, with a focus on improving sales skills and increasing knowledge of our systems, procedures, products, and solutions.
Your Role
This role is crucial in achieving the vision of the Global Sales Training team : to provide colleagues in sales functions (FU Sales, BU Air / Sea / Road) with the strategies, tools, and growth-oriented mindset that will enable them to become industry leaders, consistently exceeding their goals and setting new benchmarks of excellence in sales.
Your Responsibilities
Operational / Tactical duties
- Plan, coordinate, conduct, create, update, and implement learning programmes (eLearning, seminars, webinars, blended approaches) for all customer-facing employees and sales staff across all seniority levels, including new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training and development needs within the business through observation and regular consultations with key stakeholders.
- Master the use of all learning and development (L&D) tools necessary for success in this role, including but not limited to LMS, MS365, Jira, online collaborations tools, and CRM.
- Provide one-to-one coaching, and expert support on sales and management challenges and opportunities.
- Manage project pipelines with visibility in the Teams Project Tracker.
- Participate in all Global Sales Training team meetings and events
- Ensure the application of the most current and rigorous standards in adult learning theory and course design principles during the development of new educational programmes.
Leadership Responsibility
Become an expert in and lead all L&D efforts in assigned areas of responsibility (business unit, functional unit, sales project, course, geography), including but not limited to :Stakeholder management and guidanceContent review, creation, and updatesOverall programme and course (re)designExtensive collaboration with business units, functional units, and the support team in BEGLMS management, course completion tracking, and feedback reportingHelp line managers and trainers address specific training challenges and opportunities, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.Establish yourself as a sales expert and remain up to date with developments in sales, training, Kuehne+Nagel, and your area of responsibility by following relevant news sources, attending meetings and events, and pursuing relevant development opportunities.
Motivate learners to engage with L&D programmes and initiatives.Be open-minded and continuously seek ways to innovate and enhance the team’s offering, while being receptive to constructive feedback from line managers and the sales training team.Strategic Responsibility

Hold an Apprenticeship / Vocational Course in L&D or Sales department / organizationProficiency in course authoring and design; MS Dynamics; LMS (PeopleHub); Adobe Creative Suite; Articulate360, Synthesia, Vyond, Miro, Kahoot, JiraAt least minimum 2 years of experience in Project ManagementThirst for new knowledge & continuous personal developmentExcellent communication skills across all channels - written & verbal, online & in-personAbility to take complex topics & turn them into easy-to-understand & teach conceptsAbility to work effectively & efficiently with remote team across different cultures & time zonesDriven self-starter with desire to help others become the best versions of themselvesPro-active, fast-moving innovator with desire to “wow” the crowdInternational Travel may be required (Occasional (pre-planned) work outside of the usual working hours may be necessary to participate in Global Team events)This position is open to candidates from all Asian countries
