Reapraは世代を跨ぐほどに長い時間で顕在化する社会課題に対して、既に世の中にある事業から参入して、起業家のリーダーシップや学習力を高めながら長期で解決することを支援しています。 これを実践するためには、短期的に事業を強くするミクロな視点だけでなく、未来を展望し事業を拡大していくマクロな視点も必要になってきます。この短期・長期/マクロ・ミクロな視点を涵養していくことが必要です。 全ての内部の人材が、起業家と同様の形式で学習実践する仕組み・文化となっています。インターンも社員も、起業家も同じように実践し、その姿を曝け出し合うことで共に学び合いたいと思っています
Reapraは、私たちが今後伸びゆく、次世代を跨ぐ社会課題があると考えているターゲット領域に対して、起業家が強く動機づき長期的にコミットしていくこと、自分と向き合い続けることを可能にするための方法論を、メンバー・起業家と共に試行錯誤しながら生み出し、研究と実践とサイクルを回し続けます。最終的にはReapra独自の方法論を、再現性があるものにまで一般化していくことを目指します。 Reapraでは、共に実践する仲間にIntensive Fondation Designという、自己を知りどのように自らの生きづらさを社会に適用していくか、その実践に向けてどのような自分の癖に向き合い、学び方を変えていく必要があるか、といった点を整理する探究セッションを起業家・社員・インターンに提供しています。 私たちは起業家が自ら向き合いながら、事業を作ることへのサポートを行うことで、起業家の学習変容を促し、またその道のりで私たちRearpaメンバーも共に変容し共同学習を続けていきます。
