Age: The employment age range for recruitment and placement is 18 to 61. The maximum employment age of 61 is not applicable for reappointed retirees who have received a notice of RIF separation.

Hauptaufgaben

Performs some or all of the following duties alone or as a member of work crew. Mows grass, trims and edges walkways and lawns. Prunes shrubs and trees: applies fertilizer, waters plants, cleans out drainage ditches, and shovels snow from walk and driveways. Loads and unloads conveyances; and moves materials using wheel barrels, hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges supplies for storage; collects refuse and recyclable materials. Digs, fills and tramps soil and gravel in earth excavations; levels ground using pick, shovel, tamper and rake. Cleans rugs, carpets and drapes. Cleans waxes and polishes floors using heavy industrial-powered equipment. Adjusts, cleans, oils and changes attachments on machines Washes and. replaces room fixtures using ladders and scaffolds. Uses chemicals and cleaning solutions. Maintains stock of cleaning materials and implements used. Notifies supervisor when additional materials are needed. Move(s) heavy items of furniture and office equipment as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
주업무: 일부 또는 전체업무를 단독 혹은 조원의 일원으로서 작업을 수행합니다. 잔디를 깎고 인도와 잔디밭을 정돈하며 나뭇가지를 정리합니다. 비료를 주거나 식물에 물을 주며 배수로를 청소합니다. 또한 인도와 도로에 눈을 삽으로 치웁니다. 운반물을 상차 혹은 하차하여야 합니다. 그리고 물품을 수레차, 손수레 등을 이용하여 운반하여 창고에 물품을 쌓고 정리합니다. 쓰레기와 재활용품을 따로 모웁니다. 곡갱이, 삽, 달굿대, 갈퀴 등의 도구를 이용해 땅을 파거나 판 곳을 매웁니다. 깔개, 카펫, 커튼 등을 깨끗이 정리정돈 합니다. 노동용 중장비를 이용하여 마루에 왁스질하여 광택을 내야 합니다. 또한 기계를 조정하고, 청결이 하며, 윤활유를 치거나 부속품을 바꿉니다. 사다리와 발판을 이용하여 방안 고정 설비를 세척하고 제자리에 부착합니다. 화학 제품 및 세제를 사용합니다. 청소 용품 및 도구 수를 확인합니다. 다른 물품이 필요하면 감독자에게 알립니다. 필요한 경우 무거운 가구와 사무 장비를 옮깁니다. 기타 다른 주어진 임무를 수행할 수 있습니다.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Works indoors and outdoors. May be exposed to adverse weather conditions when working outdoors. Exposed to drafts, noise, dust and dirt. Possibility of bruises, muscle strains, cuts and scrapes. Required to follow safety procedures and use standard safety equipment such as gloves, ear protection, and safety glasses to avoid possible hazards in the work area. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of items weighting up to 40 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds with additional help. Required to stand, walk bend and kneel for lengthy period of time.
작업조건: 실내 및 실외에서 작업합니다. 실외 작업 시 날씨가 좋지 않을 수 있습니다. 외풍, 소음, 먼지, 흙에 노출됩니다. 외상, 근육 피로, 상처 및 긁힘의 가능성이 있습니다. 안전 수칙에 따르고 장갑, 귀마개, 보안경 같은 표준 안전 장비를 사용하여 작업장에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 피할 수 있습니다. 40파운드 정도의 물품을 빈번히 들고 이동하거나 때로는 50파운드의 물품을 도움을 받아 들고 이동해야 합니다. 오랜 시간 동안 서있거나, 걷거나, 몸을 구부리거나 무릎을 굽혀야 합니다.
