DSM-Firmenich is a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Health, and as the Quality Assurance Manager, you will define and uphold our compliance with Quality and Feed Safety standards such as ISO9001, FAMI-QS, HACCP, KVGMP, and customer requirements. Quality is a key differentiator, and your role will be pivotal to ensure we maintain rigorous compliance to safeguard for our consumers' safety and our business integrity.

The Quality Assurance Manager role works closely with other functions to ensure any requirements associated with commercial, operational, and regulatory can be meet. Beyond regulatory compliance, you will also be responsible to lead Quality Culture initiatives at the site being a force for Good to ensure that we never compromise on Quality. In this role, you will serve as the face of our commitment to quality and compliance, reinforcing our reputation as best-in-class and being the preferred supplier. Your key responsibilities

• Management of Quality and Feed Safety System ensuring compliance to ANH applicable requirements and local regulations and maintenance of applicable certifications.
• Feed Safety-HACCP team leader
• Responsible to define the multi-year Q-targets together with the site management team based on ANH Regional and Global inputs
• Define Site Quality Plan following Global Quality Plan
• Lead and execute when applicable the QC related activities ensuring adherence to Global QC Standards
• Oversee the inspection of the raw materials and final product quality and release in accordance with internal and external requirements (e.g. ISO, FAMI QS, HACCP, GMP+, customer) and applicable regulations
