Job description
Report to : Finance Manager, dotted line to OMD
- Handle end-to-end Account Payables process : Monitor and process monthly accounts payable transactions,Record payables and input transactions in SAPGenerate and reconcile financial reportsAssist AP Work flow
- Be accountable for overall Accounting functions for an entity which covers AP / AR, month end closing, management reporting, taxation etc.
- Manage the collection of financial information, and the compilation of financial statements / management reports. Ensure the effectiveness of controls and integrity of financial information.
- Coordinate the annual audit, Corporate tax filing
- Support the enhancement on regulatory requirement (SOX, legal, tax & treasury)
- Participate in ad hoc finance projects
- VAT preparation
Requirements :
University degree in Finance or Accounting disciplineStudent member of an international recognized professional accounting body is preferredMinimum 5 years accounting experience working in fast-paced MNC professional services firmExperienced in statutory and management financial reportingAbility to interact professionally with different levels of staff, including senior management groupsBeing hands-on and pro-active in dealing with finance mattersIndependent, willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Excel and SAP is preferredFluent in EnglishFor more details check :
