Xperi is seeking a Manager - Sales, to join our dynamic team in driving sales across all our markets but with primary focus on the CE and Automotive business including IPTV, SmartTV, Content Discovery & Monetization and Automotive Infotainment Solutions. This is a key role within the Korea business team driving business growth utilizing our product portfolio. The role will work as part of the Korea sales team. The ideal candidate will have CE, Automotive Media industry sales experience with technical and engineering background is plus, a premium on being part of teams that close technology deals with Tier 1 customers. Must be comfortable working in support of team-oriented approaches to complex problem solving with Product Management & Engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deep technical sales within complex e2e sales processes
  • Building key customer relationship
  • Participate in buddings and quote process, managing customer programs
  • Present the Xperi technical vision and strategy coherently and consistently across assigned product lines to a technical and business audience. Deliver presentations /demonstrations highlighting the benefits, key features and functions across assigned solution sets
  • Responsible for leading architecture, building and delivery of technical and business blueprints that map to customers’ business goals, as part of the sales process
  • Provide high-touch engagement in the discovering and managing customer expectations and requirements, the qualifying and offering processes, the elaborating of ad-hoc solutions,
  • Capture, document, and review customers’ business requirements with them in detail
  • Produce high quality collateral that will be used as a reference for project design, and the basis for commercial scoping
  • Lead and maintain long-lasting relationship with customer technical teams
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Strategy teams to define product requirements and solutions
  • Maintain in-depth product/solutions knowledge of market trends in aligned technology including understanding of competition
  • Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitors in assigned technology area
  • Be an active team player contributing to the success of the Sales team, sharing the company’s vision and values, and committed to the continuous improvement of the team’s expertise and skills
Qualifications, Education and Experience:Professional:
  • Proven selling skills, with prior experience interfacing/interacting with ‘C’ level executives
  • Self-motivated goal achieving skills and strategic planning, consistent goal driven.
  • English and Korean, excellent written and speaking, communications skill is a must.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office business tools, and IT tools for business needs.
  • Extensive experience in the CE and or Automotive technology industry across the e2e stack
  • Account/relationship management experience and technical background is a plus
  • Technical engineering background in software development, software consulting services is plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills , Korean and English (planned and ad-hoc)
  • Ability to navigate and manage technical issues within a customer account
  • Ability to relate to customer issues and capable of applying solutions to meet the needs of customer specific requirements
  • Strong customer communications skills (Korean and English) – particularly written and face-to-facePersonal:
