Scope of the Role
As a Customer-Facing Services Solutions Architect, you will work with multiple customers across all sectors in Korea. You will collaborate with Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) and various cross-functional business units (. Oracle Software, Cloud, Systems) to design and sell comprehensive service solutions. Your focus will span the entire lifecycle of Oracle’s cloud and on-premises portfolio, covering enhanced support, operations, and managed services.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Industry Expertise : 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in a presales or architect role.Technical Breadth : Broad understanding of enterprise applications and infrastructure, including hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.Project Leadership : Experience in IT project / program management, particularly in complex migrations and digital transformations.Commercial Acumen : Expertise in constructing and negotiating pricing and custom contracts for complex, mission-critical service offers.Communication : Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.Opportunity Development : Partner with sales teams to identify, build, and win leading-edge service opportunities for new and existing customers.Customer Advocacy : Act as a Trusted Advisor by gathering business and technical requirements to design complete service solutions that meet strategic goals.AI Leadership : Drive strategic initiatives with a focus on Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, specifically leading the AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate business value to customers, in collaboration with Oracle AI technical experts.Solution Design & Costing : Build compelling service propositions, including detailed costing, pricing, and risk assessment, while ensuring alignment with Oracle’s commercial and contracting standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead virtual teams across various internal departments (product management, legal, and delivery) and external partners to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.Market Insight : Maintain a strong understanding of the IT services competitive landscape to effectively position Oracle’s value.Career Level - IC4
