Purpose of this Job
- To sale, promote and educate all types of equipment in APE to the market to increase brand awareness, profitability and market share so Atlas Copco Korea could be ultimately a leader in the relevant market.
- To duly execute the action plans derived from the marketing & sales strategies prepared by sales team leader or business line manager to achieve the yearly financial targets and long-term business growth plans
Duties&Responsibility
- Responsible for the profitable sales including not only price but also the customer share.
- Responsible for the sales of APE division’s solutions by providing commercial and technical services or by producing the technical quote to Customer and / or endures.
- Realize customer satisfaction throughproviding a technical solution that meets the need of the customer and / or end user within the given budget contributing to alignment between project participants through all the phases of a project.
- Successful completion of the project through close collaboration with team members to achieve the goal of delivering customer satisfaction and Atlas Copco’s values to customers.
- Interacting with customers for making a relationship & finding a business opportunity.
- Finding the strategy and its solution for contract in various project.
- Verify a scope of supply through review and understand the project specifications and requirements.
- Discussion with Customer and / or endures forclarifying the feasibility and alternatives analyses on conflict requirements between specifications and our standard or other improvements. providing a saleable and suitable solution through optimized standard solution.
- Proposal for Atlas Copco’s solution.Discussing details with the product specialist and sales team leaderReview customer requirementsMaking a detailed cost estimated (cost-calculation)Consulting conceptual designPerforming technical calculationsAnalyzing competitor informationDefining the quoted price through information of logistics term and the relative difficulty of the project.
- Attend internal / external technical evaluation meetings and Kick-off meetings.
- Maintain good behavior and study hard for keep up with trends and modern technology.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications
Experience / Education]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science preferred.
- Total 10+ years of direct and indirect sales experience in industrial or construction equipment market.
- Preferred sales / marketing experience in air compressors or industrial diesel engines
Knowledge / Skill]
- Knowledge of industrial & construction equipment and application
- Good command of Korean and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM tools to solely prepare professional proposals and manage his / her sales activates.
- Good of sales presentation, planning and negotiation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Skills for positively persuade and impress others to achieve results
