Responsibility
- Working with account managers and HQ solution team to provide pre-sales technical support to Sales to target customer opportunities using consultative skill to design solutions and sell CMI’s products.
- Design the most appropriate solution based on customer needs and company's product capability
- Understand customer's existing network, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer
- Present technical design / RFP in a complete and well-illustrated manner to customer, provide prompt and accurate feedback to sellers’ and customers’ technical enquiry, get every issue done properly
- Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
- Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer EngineeringCCNP / CCIE certificate holder preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in Telecom market and / or NI marketExperience in WAN management / global telecommunication is a plusExperience in pre-sales or in-sales support or related is a plusTechnical knowledges in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN , SD-WAN and IDC are preferredCisco , Huawei device familiarity is a plus
