Responsibility

  • Working with account managers and HQ solution team to provide pre-sales technical support to Sales to target customer opportunities using consultative skill to design solutions and sell CMI’s products.
  • Design the most appropriate solution based on customer needs and company's product capability
  • Understand customer's existing network, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer
  • Present technical design / RFP in a complete and well-illustrated manner to customer, provide prompt and accurate feedback to sellers’ and customers’ technical enquiry, get every issue done properly
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
  • Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
  • CCNP / CCIE certificate holder preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom market and / or NI market
  • Experience in WAN management / global telecommunication is a plus
  • Experience in pre-sales or in-sales support or related is a plus
  • Technical knowledges in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN , SD-WAN and IDC are preferred
  • Cisco , Huawei device familiarity is a plus
