Job Description
Act as Global SSU Project Lead, coordinating SSU Project Leads across regions
Develop and deliver project/program level study start-up training, start-up plan and coordinate deliverables from all stakeholders who participate start-up activities
The Position provides leadership to Study Start up employees at the project/program level and is accountable for achieving
Site activation in terms of quality, time and budget. The position covers activities at the project/program with oversight on business contributors via other leads working at the legional level as part of complex project team structures.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 year's experience in Study Start-up
Demonstrated potential for leading and aligning teams in the achievement of project milestones
Demontrated ability to work efficiently in an international environment across regions, counties and time zones
