  • Conduct actual P&L variance analysis / identify R&O and develop mitigation plan working with the business team to deliver yearly target
  • Participate & support in the annual budget and monthly estimates process for assigned brands
  • Business opportunity assessment & execution to deliver sustainable business growth with quarterly rolling estimate & 3year long range plan
  • Review and provide in depth analysis on Channel PL, Door PL, Productivity, COGS, A&P, and other key performance metrics to maximize brand performance
  • Support evaluation for new channel launches,finance project, etc. and clearly defined financial analysis
  • Closely monitor all financial metrics for the market and highlight risks and opportunities on a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with the regional finance team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization & implementation of guidelines
  • Involve in ad-hoc FP&A / Finance projects and support process improvement that impacts functions
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

    • Qualifications

    • Education
    • University-level education
    • Experiences
    • 4-7 years of relevant experience with background in FP&A
    • Hands-on experience in SAP, OneStream, BI, strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
    • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
    • Communicational skills of English

    • Strategic planning skill & strategic thinking way; provide informative financial data, establish and control budget
    • Insight and knowledge about luxury cosmetics industry
