Who you'll be working for

Global Luxury Off-price Commerce Platform

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 5+ years of experience in online or omnichannel marketplace
  • Ability to manage timelines and work to tight deadlines
  • Highly commercial with a good understanding of e-commerce principles
  • Experience using Shopify or any other e-commerce platform is recommended
  • Excellent copy writing and back office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Korean

What you'll be doing on the job

  • Own and manage the Korea website, including defining

    • strategy, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing customer experience

  • Develop the eCommerce channel with a clear focus on sales and conversion. Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to

    • maximize sales and enhance the customer journey.

  • Select agency for localized website creation and managing the UI / UX
  • Manage the content creation for the website to ensure consistent aesthetic and tone of voice in line with brand guidelines
  • Work closely with logistics partner to ensure smooth and efficient operation in both warehouse and delivery
  • Prepare reporting materials to analyze previous sales and arrange successful new sales
  • Contribute to creative ideas that support and generate excitement around each online flash sale to increase visitation
  • Lead the team of Marketing and Retail Operations / Logistics
