NF3)를 생산합니다. Provide support for customer surveys and questionnaires related to quality.Lead and coordinate customer requests related to SPC / SQC issues (e.g., OOC, OOT, etc.).Handle customer complaints, inter-company, and internal nonconformance issues.Follow up on day-to-day administration and monitor customer / inter-company & internal complaints resolution as a Complaint Owner.Communicate with sister companies in the US and other regions.Perform tasks as required for QMS (Quality Management System) with support from the Quality Manager (Control Plan, FMEA, KPI, MOC, SPC / SQC, Document Control, etc.).Ensure that responses to significant quality issues are thorough and appropriate.Support the DRB (Disposition Review Board) program & RFC (Response Flow Checklist) / OCAP (Out of Control Corrective Action Plan) for Process & Products if required and agreed upon by the Business to meet customer expectations.Participate in internal and external (Customer and 3rd party register) audits as either an auditor or in addition, perform and support corrective & preventive actions for any nonconformance in internal & external (Customer & 3rd party register) audits, etc.Perform miscellaneous projects as required. Who You AreBachelor’s degree in engineering, science, statistics, or a related technical program.At least 5 years of related working experience.Awareness of quality principles and tools such as quality engineering, reliability engineering, quality codes, and standards.Applied experience with problem-solving and investigation methodologies.Possess applied experience with ISO management systems.Applied experience with SPC / SQC and statistical techniques (Minitab), MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoints) skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills.Be self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work on multiple activities and projects in an organized and timely manner.Be flexible with time to cover different time zones.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.Have no travel restrictions.
