Job Description
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets according to regional / project requirements.
- Actively develop instrument sales opportunities and complete corresponding sales targets.
- Prepare and share to sales manager by weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and forecast to make sure the sales performance is on the track.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients in assigned territory or product lines to make the deal.
- Helping distributor partners to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations to fulfill the sales target.
- Under the company's overall planning principle, actively manage / coordinate / mobilize regional agents / distributors and other sales resources, carry out / arrange regular product knowledge training for agents in the region, provide guidance, to achieve steady business growth.
- Maintaining client records and sharing to sales team utilizing CRM.
- Cooperate with the technical support department to undertake the technical guidance of some product experimentation.
- Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.
Qualifications
5+ years working experience within life science (Immunology preferable) industry, and / or has the medical (Hospital / Clinical) or relevant industry working experience with outstanding performance; Hands on experience within a lab environment preferred.At least bachelor's degree or above, major in biology-related or medical-related discipline; MS preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills across functional departments.Integrity and honest, self-motivated and capable of stress management.Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Must possess a valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance / insurability.Moderate English of both oral and written.Additional Information
