In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Review contract requirements, project costing, customer specification and other project scope related documents such as Bill of Material and Hardware / Software requirements.
• Support to manage Project Schedules.
• Prepare and conduct Project related meetings such as Internal Kickoff Meetings, Customer Kickoff Meetings and Project Design Review Meetings.
• Prepare and maintain hardware and software design scope document.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test Procedure.
• Work with Project Manager (PM Team) to make success projects.
• Help and Support Field services activities (if any) for Commissioning and Site Acceptance.
• Achieve and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, while meeting the customer's technical specifications and all other contractual commitments.

Who You Are :

You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all assigned projects. Need to handle approval / working / final documents, register sales order & BOM in SAP and technical support for internal / external customer.
